Hi, I’m Sharon, your guide, coach, and teacher on this leadership journey.

I started my first business at 19, expanding it into nine retail stores before transitioning to the corporate world, where I rose to a senior HR executive role. Later, I was invited by my alma mater to create a leadership development program, sharpening my teaching skills and deepening my passion for empowering others. 

Thirteen years ago, I launched Justice Leadership to serve mid- to large-sized organizations with custom leadership programs and consulting services. Over time, I refined my tools based on feedback from 100’s of clients and thousands of participants. 

Post-COVID, Charlie joined me and we shifted from in-person programs to online, on-demand delivery, reaching small business leaders referred by our corporate clients. This inspired us to create a proprietary library of courses and toolkits tailored for leaders like you. 

To ensure learning remains personal and interactive, we’ve introduced a hybrid model combining online resources with live coaching and community support. Let’s align, grow, and lead together!

Frequently asked questions

  • Your membership begins the moment you sign up. 

    If you use the early bird promo before 1/1/2025 you will have the ability to set up your profile, get acclimated and meet others. The official office hours and live content lessons will kick off 1/2/2025 !

  • Yes. Your initial membership is for 90 days. If you want to cancel before the end please email teamassist@justiceleadership.com with your request at least 10 days before your promo end date.

  • Your subscription will be converted to the monthly rate in effect at that time (currently $67) and continue until you cancel with a 30 day notice. 

  • Name email, role and company along with payment info will be required at sign up. (Which will not be made public, except for your name as a member.) You have complete control over how much or little personal info you share publicly in the community. 

  • Certainly! Additional participants are available as follows: 

    1-3 participants, $50 for 90 days. Monthly access subscription will then be charged at $33.50 per month.
