Sharon D. Justice is a seasoned Leadership Strategist with over 40 years of experience helping organizations build strong, people-first cultures. She spent 17 years as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Wells Fargo, where she led initiatives in talent development, organizational strategy, and leadership excellence. For 13 years, she also served as a faculty member at East Carolina University’s College of Business, teaching leadership and business communication to emerging professionals. Today, as Founder of Justice Leadership, Sharon partners with businesses and teams to strengthen leadership capacity, improve communication, and align people with purpose.
