You Stop Guessing After This


Here's what usually changes after 30 days in the CALG Sprint:

Leaders stop carrying hard conversations around with them all day.

Most leaders already know what they should do. That's usually not the issue.

The hard part is staying steady once a conversation suddenly gets uncomfortable.

So they replay meetings afterward. They walk into certain conversations already tense. And after a while, leadership just starts feeling heavier than it should.


One leader told me she used to sit in her car after team meetings replaying everything she wished she had said differently.

Not because she didn't care. Because she cared a lot and wanted to handle those moments well.

I remember thinking, "Yep. I hear this all the time."

And honestly, I know what it feels like to carry a conversation around longer than you want to.

Not becoming a completely different leader overnight. Just feeling steadier when difficult moments come up.

Because eventually the hard conversation happens again.

You have the conversation. You leave the meeting. And later that night, you're actually able to move on with your evening instead of replaying the whole thing again.

That's usually when leaders realize something is changing.

They stop dreading conversations.
They stop feeling emotionally drained every week.
And little by little, leadership starts feeling lighter again.

After 30 days, most leaders say some version of:

"I feel steadier."
