EQ-i Assessment and Debrief
Emotional Intelligence (EI) refers to a distinct combination of emotional and social skills and competencies that influence our overall capability to cope effectively with the demands and pressures of work and life. In preparation for our time together, I would like you to complete an online emotional intelligence assessment instrument, the Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i). Incorporating more than 20 years’ research and development, the EQ-i is a psychometrically sound, validated assessment instrument that is applied to EI assessment and development at individual, team, and organizational levels. The EQ-i is one of the most respected and recognized EI assessment instruments worldwide and it will provide us with a robust and intuitive framework to address questions related to leadership.
Your assessment answers and results will be held in the strictest confidence. Your report will be made available to you and I am the only person who will see your results or be able to access to them. Following your assessment, you will be invited to book a one-on-one feedback and coaching conversation with me about your results. These conversations will be scheduled for one hour and just like your results, these conversations will be completely confidential.
